A companion volume to Vatican II: Conciliar and Post conciliar Documents. It contains fifty-seven additional documents and for ease of reference the numbering of the documents commences where the previous volume left off.

The documents are grouped under seven headings and all of those in sections one through four and in section six are further applications or elucidations of conciliar documents. Some of the documents grouped under 'Current Problems' deal with the Council's unfinished business, some relate to matters discussed in the Pastoral Constitution on the Church in the Modern World and some deal with matters which have occasioned concern in the post conciliar period.
